We're Not Just Arborists. We're Treesmiths. Blacksmith, metalsmith, locksmith, wordsmith: The word “smith” implies experience, skill and craftsmanship. These are qualities that help define Treesmiths Utility Arborists. Our company was formed in 2002 by a group of experienced utility arborists who wanted to create a company that set new standards of service, reliability, safety and professionalism in the field of utility right of way maintenance. The name Treesmiths also derives from the surnames of our founders. Though unrelated, the Smiths who formed Treesmiths Utility Arborists have over 75 years combined experience in the field.

Management Principles
Treesmiths is governed by a set of management principles unique to the utility arborist industry. The owners and managers of our company are in the field every day making sure that our commitments to our customers are met and that our employees are performing in accordance with our strict safety standards. At every Treesmiths jobsite a general foreman is present to provide supervision, coordination, on-site training and safety oversight. And every employee is trained and qualified.
